What can Seven help me with?

Seven can sort through email, find meeting times, add calendar events, set reminders, research options, organize files, draft messages, and follow up. It is especially useful when one request would normally send you through several apps.

How do I ask Seven for help?

Use the same words you would use with a person: “Find a time for us to meet,” “Catch me up on this thread,” or “Remind me to follow up Friday.” There are no special commands to learn.

Which apps does Seven work with?

Seven is designed to work with Google Workspace and selected messaging services. Availability may be limited during testing, and Signal is listed as coming soon. You choose which accounts to connect and what access to grant.

How does Seven handle my information?

You choose which accounts to connect. Seven does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. AI providers may process relevant content to complete your requests; the Privacy Policy explains how. You can disconnect accounts or delete your Seven account.

What happens before Seven takes action?

Seven can organize information and prepare next steps on its own. Certain supported actions use an approval flow; other actions may proceed under the permissions and settings you choose.
